For the 12 Denver neighborhoods covered by this directory, see the Denver neighborhoods guide.
The Denver Neighborhood Match Quiz is a free ten-question quiz that matches your answers to one or more of the 12 Denver neighborhoods covered by this directory. Every question has two choices, there is nothing to type, and the result links straight to the apartment buildings recorded in the neighborhood you match.
We hope you have fun with this but please do us a favor and use this as a high level view of the Denver neighborhoods as a starting point and not an endorsement of any community or apartment building. This is not our opinion, rather it is a simple scoring of your answers against the building records in this directory to suggest the neighborhoods whose buildings match them best.
Remember, there are buildings in every neighborhood in this directory. So, look around a bit.

How the Denver Neighborhood Match Quiz Works
The Denver Neighborhood Match Quiz asks ten questions in a fixed order, each with two choices. They cover whether you want an RTD rail station close by or parking in your building, whether you need to be close to Downtown Denver, whether you want a high-rise or a lower building, whether you prefer an established building or newer construction, how large a building you want, whether you have a pet, how much in-unit laundry matters, whether you would rather be north or south of Downtown, how many buildings you want to compare, and whether you lean east or west of Downtown.
Each answer is scored against figures recorded for every neighborhood in this directory as of October 2026: the share of buildings whose nearest RTD rail station (light rail or commuter rail) is recorded at half a mile or less, straight-line; the share with in-building parking, pet-friendly policies and in-unit laundry recorded; the average number of floors and apartments per building; the median year built; the number of buildings; and where the neighborhood’s buildings sit relative to the center of the Downtown / Central Business District buildings — straight-line distance, and how far north or south and east or west. Locations come from the coordinates recorded for each building. A nearest RTD rail station is recorded for 166 of the 189 buildings, at straight-line distances from 0.1 to 1.4 miles; where the station field is blank it means not recorded, not that there is no rail nearby, and a building with no station recorded counts against the rail score. Floors, year built and apartment counts are averaged over the buildings where they are recorded. Four of the 11 Cherry Creek / Country Club buildings carry a Glendale address; Glendale is a separate city surrounded by Denver, and the quiz scores those buildings with the rest of that neighborhood. An amenity that is not recorded for a building counts as not recorded, not as absent, so several neighborhoods show low amenity shares simply because those details have not been filled in yet.
When the tenth question is answered, the quiz returns one or more matched neighborhoods, a short written explanation of the match, and a button for each match that reads “See n buildings in” that neighborhood. The button opens that neighborhood’s page in this directory, where every building recorded in the area is listed.
The match is a suggestion, not a search result. It does not filter by rent, availability, or individual buildings. To look at individual buildings and their recorded details, use the directory itself at Denver apartment buildings or the map.

What the Denver Neighborhood Match Quiz Does Not Do
The Denver Neighborhood Match Quiz does not rank Denver neighborhoods against each other and does not endorse any community or apartment building. This directory publishes recorded building facts and leaves the judgments to the reader.
It also does not publish rents, availability, or floor plans, and a neighborhood match says nothing about whether a particular building has an apartment open. For how the building data behind each neighborhood is compiled, see Denver apartment building data; for when the directory was last recounted, see the data update log.
