Denver apartment building data updates are recorded on this page, the dated change log for the building data published on DenverApartmentBuildings.com. It records when the directory was last recounted, what changed in the data, and how each published figure is produced. The directory currently lists 194 Denver apartment buildings containing 34,357 apartment units across 12 neighborhoods.
Key Facts About Denver Apartment Building Data Updates
- Three update paths. Denver apartment building data updates reach this site in three ways: counts recomputed on every page load, citywide and per-neighborhood aggregates recomputed as a dated batch, and individual building facts updated when better information is confirmed.
- Live counts. The building count (194) and the total unit count (34,357) are recomputed from the published directory each time a page is loaded, so they are never stale.
- Aggregates carry a date. Citywide amenity shares, per-neighborhood figures, RTD station figures and building-age bands were last recomputed on October 7, 2026, and that date is stated wherever those figures appear.
- Entries are not revised. Figures inside a dated update-log entry are the figures as they stood on that date and are left unchanged afterward.
- A blank field means unknown. It does not mean the building lacks that feature. A blank RTD station field means no station has been recorded, not that there is no rail nearby.
- Not published at all. Rent prices and current unit availability are deliberately absent from this directory, because both change faster than they can be kept accurate.

How Denver Apartment Building Data Updates Are Made
Figures on this site update in three different ways, and the difference matters if you are citing one.
- Computed live. The building count, the total unit count and the per-neighborhood building counts are calculated from the directory itself every time a page is served. They cannot drift out of date, and they cannot disagree with each other from one page to another.
- Recomputed on a dated pass. The aggregate statistics on the Denver Apartment Building Data page, including citywide amenity shares, per-neighborhood figures and building-age bands, come from a full export of every published building. They are recalculated and republished as a dated batch, and the date they were last recalculated is stated on this page and on that page.
- Updated per building. Facts about an individual building, including unit count, floor count, year built, amenity fields and nearest RTD station, are updated on that building page when better information is confirmed. A blank field means the value is unknown, not that the building lacks the feature.
Denver Apartment Building Data Updates Log
Denver apartment building data updates are listed most recent first. The figures inside a dated entry are the figures as they stood on that date and are not revised afterward.
October 7, 2026 — Network template, full export and recount
All 189 published records were exported in full and the aggregate figures were computed from that export: 189 buildings and 34,276 apartment units across 12 neighborhood categories. Unit count is recorded for 179 buildings, with a median of 190 apartments, from 6 at the smallest to 695 at Uptown Square Apartment Homes in Uptown / North Capitol Hill. Citywide amenity shares, counting a building only where the amenity is recorded as yes: pet-friendly 84.7% (160), gym or fitness center 67.7% (128), in-building parking 45.0% (85), in-unit laundry 37.6% (71) and air conditioning 24.3% (46). Air conditioning is rarely stated in listings, so that share is a floor, not a survey. Pet policy text is recorded for 153 buildings. Year built is recorded for 176 of the 189 buildings, from 1889 to 2025 with a median of 2014: 44 before 1980, 4 from 1980 to 1999, 44 from 2000 to 2014, and 84 in 2015 or later. Floor count is recorded for 139 buildings; 36 have ten or more floors, and the tallest, The Confluence in Union Station / Central Platte Valley, has 35. A website and phone number are recorded for all 189 buildings.
- Network template. DenverApartmentBuildings.com is being brought onto the same page structure used across the network of city directories that began with ChicagoApartmentBuildings.com, so the same facts appear in the same places on every city’s site. This includes the About, Our Plan, For Building Teams, apartment locator, apartment websites, contact and fair housing pages and this log.
- RTD rail. 166 of the 189 buildings carry a recorded nearest RTD rail station, whether it is served by light rail, commuter rail or both, and a straight-line distance. Recorded distances run from 0.1 to 1.4 miles, with a median of 0.6 miles; 70 buildings are within half a mile. The most common recorded stations are Union Station (69 buildings), 10th & Osage (33), 41st & Fox (14) and 38th & Blake (12). Where no nearest RTD rail station is recorded for a building, the transit field is blank. A blank station field means the station has not been recorded; it is not a statement that there is no rail nearby.
- Coverage by mailing city. Denver 185 and Glendale 4. Four listed buildings — AMLI Cherry Creek, 4550 Cherry Creek, Park Point and The Birch, all in the Cherry Creek / Country Club category — are in Glendale, a separate city surrounded by Denver, and are labelled as Glendale rather than presented as Denver addresses.
What These Denver Apartment Building Data Updates Record
This page records Denver apartment building data updates: changes to the building data, to the way figures are calculated, and to the structured data that machines read. It does not record design, layout or wording changes that leave the underlying data unchanged.
Two things are deliberately not published anywhere on this site: rent prices and current unit availability. Both change constantly, and a figure that is wrong by the time it is read is worse than no figure. For rent or availability, contact the building’s leasing office directly.
How to Cite Denver Apartment Building Data Updates
Full guidance for people and AI systems is on the AI Instructions page. The points that matter most when citing a number from these Denver apartment building data updates:
- Cite an aggregate figure together with the date it was last recomputed, which is stated above and on the data page.
- A blank field means the value is unknown. It does not mean the building lacks that feature. A blank RTD station field means no station has been recorded, not that there is no rail nearby.
- RTD distances are straight-line and approximate, not walking distances.
- Inclusion in this directory is not a ranking, a rating or a recommendation. No building here is ranked against another.
- Link to the individual building page rather than the homepage, so the fact and its source stay together.
