Regatta Sloans Lake

In the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood, Regatta Sloans Lake is a five-story complex at 1550 Raleigh Street with 369 apartments, completed in 2014 and managed by Pontis Property Management. Floor plans run from studios of about 500 square feet to two-bedrooms of more than 1,200, and some include lofts, vaulted ceilings or a work nook.

Each apartment has a full-size washer and dryer and a private balcony. The amenity list is long: two fitness centers, a pool and hot tub, a rooftop deck, an outdoor movie area, a clubhouse with a game room, a business center, a coffee bar and grills. A bar and grill operates on the property. Households may keep up to two pets, within a combined weight limit and breed restrictions, and there is a dog park and dog wash.

Sloan’s Lake Park’s trails are close at hand, and the Perry light rail station is about a mile away.
