NOVEL Uptown by Crescent Communities

NOVEL Uptown occupies a site on North Logan Street between the Uptown and East Colfax neighborhoods, a few blocks from downtown’s business district. Crescent Communities developed the ten-story building with its partner Oxford Properties Group after buying the land in 2022; Tryba was the architect and Milender White the general contractor. It opened in 2025 with 261 apartments.

Homes range from studios to two bedrooms, some with a den, and the ground level includes townhouse-style layouts and a coffee shop. The tenth floor holds a sky deck with a pool, cabanas and grills, plus a music-themed listening lounge called The Vinyl Room. There is also a fitness studio and a coworking lounge, and commissioned artwork runs through the shared spaces. The building carries Fitwel certification.

From the roof the view takes in the mountains, the Capitol and nearby church spires. The Ogden Theatre and the Kirkland Museum are both close.
