Hanover Evans Station

Hanover Evans Station is a six-story apartment building at 1933 South Acoma Street, about 0.3 miles from Evans light rail station in south Denver. Completed in 2021 and operated by the Hanover Company, it has 278 homes ranging from studios to three bedrooms.

Apartments come with full-size washers and dryers, granite or quartz counters, Italian cabinets with soft-close drawers, Whirlpool stainless-steel appliances and smart thermostats, and some add kitchen islands, pantries, built-in bookcases and desks. Shared spaces include a pool, a social lounge with a kitchen, a co-working lounge with a meeting room, a catering kitchen, a media room, a 24-hour fitness center, and courtyards with fire pits, grills and a double-sided fireplace.

Cyclists have a bike lounge with repair stations, a bike wash and a screen showing transit arrivals. Pets, up to two per home, have a grooming spa and a dog park, and the building is entirely smoke-free.
