RiNo (River North Art District) is a former industrial area along Brighton Boulevard and Larimer Street known for street murals, breweries and food halls, and it has seen much of Denver's recent apartment construction. Neighboring Five Points and Curtis Park are among the city's oldest residential neighborhoods, with Victorian homes and a long history as the center of Denver's Black community and jazz scene along Welton Street. The A Line commuter-rail station at 38th and Blake connects the area to Union Station and Denver International Airport.
