Belle on the Park

Facing Cheesman Park from Race Street, Belle on the Park is a six-story apartment building from 1959 with 66 homes. Cornerstone Apartment Services manages it, and the studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments have been renovated with wood-style flooring, new lighting and, in some units, quartz counters and stainless appliances.

Much of the shared space is on the roof: a deck with a fire pit and grill station looking over the park, downtown and the mountains, along with a gym and a sun room set up for yoga and cycling. Downstairs are a community lounge and kitchen, work stations, a package room, shared laundry, storage units, bike storage with repair stands and a small parking area.

Up to two pets are allowed, each up to 65 pounds, with breed restrictions, and there is a dog washroom. The Denver Botanic Gardens and Colfax Avenue are a short trip away.
