Seven elevators serve the building. Shared spaces include a two-level fitness center with a separate yoga studio, a pool and hot tub with a sundeck, a rooftop lawn, a cafe-style social room, a co-working lounge, and offices and conference rooms that residents can book. There is bike storage and a dog wash station. Inside the apartments, concrete ceilings are left exposed on every floor but the top one, and each home has a stacked washer and dryer.
