Bank Lofts is the former U.S. National Bank Building on 17th Street, a ten-story office tower from 1921 designed by the architects Fisher & Fisher in the Chicago Commercial style. Later known as the Guaranty Bank Building, it was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994 as part of a group of historic downtown Denver buildings.

A renovation in the mid-1990s turned the offices into 117 rental lofts, with retail space at street level. Today’s apartments run from studios to two bedrooms, with high ceilings and wood floors, and some homes are income-restricted. The building has a fitness center and package lockers, is smoke-free and allows pets.
