Residences at Market Station

Residences at Market Station fills most of the block framed by 16th, 17th, Market and Blake streets in Lower Downtown, on land that once held RTD’s central bus terminal. Denver developer Continuum Partners bought the site from the city and RTD in 2015, and it was the last parcel in the redevelopment around the Union Station transit hub, which is about 0.3 miles away.

El Dorado Architecture designed the project with BOKA Powell. Its 225 apartments are split between two groups: compact studios and one- and two-bedroom flats, and a smaller set of larger one- and two-bedroom homes known as Fourteen 45. Offices, ground-floor shops and restaurants, and a valet garage open to the public share the block.

Shared spaces include a two-level fitness center, an indoor-outdoor clubhouse, a rooftop terrace with a pool, dog runs, a pet wash, bike parking, storage lockers and concierge service.
