Mile High Place is a five-story building of 60 apartments on North Hooker Street, in the Sloan’s Lake area a few minutes’ walk from Empower Field at Mile High. Highland Builders constructed it, and in 2021 the property was sold to Cohen Rojas Capital Partners as a new building in an opportunity zone. Cornerstone Apartment Services manages it today.

The mix is mostly one-bedroom homes, with some studios and a few two-bedrooms, finished with stainless appliances and wood-style floors; washers and dryers are in each unit.
